SMS Consent & Terms

1. SMS Program Description
Podiatry Boost may send SMS text messages to individuals who have provided consent to receive communications related to our marketing services, appointment scheduling, and practice growth resources.
Message types may include:
- Responses to inquiry forms submitted on our website
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for consultation calls
- Follow-up messages related to services you have expressed interest in
- Service updates and important account notifications
2. How Consent Is Obtained
By providing your mobile phone number on any form on podiatryboost.com and submitting that form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Podiatry Boost at the number provided.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service. You may still contact us via email if you prefer not to receive SMS messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You can expect:
- Up to 3–5 messages following initial inquiry submission
- Appointment confirmation and reminder messages as applicable
- Periodic follow-up messages for prospects who have not yet responded
We do not send unsolicited promotional SMS blasts.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are separate from any fees you pay Podiatry Boost. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us
- Emailing info@podiatryboost.com with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, then no further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

7. Supported Carriers
SMS messaging is supported by most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary.
8. Patient SMS Programs (For Podiatry Practices Using Our CRM)
If you are a podiatry practice using Podiatry Boost's Smart CRM service to send SMS messages to your own patients, you are responsible for:
- Obtaining proper patient consent for SMS communications
- Complying with HIPAA requirements for any SMS containing Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Providing opt-out mechanisms in every promotional SMS
- Maintaining records of consent
We provide compliant templates and automation sequences, but ultimate responsibility for your patient communications rests with your practice.
9. Privacy
Your mobile number and information collected through SMS interactions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
