Platforms We Manage

Every Platform That Matters

We monitor and manage your reputation across every platform where podiatry patients leave and read reviews.

Google Business Profile

Highest Impact

The most important review platform for local patient search. Google Reviews directly influence your Local Pack ranking and click-through rate.

Healthgrades

High Impact

The most visited physician review site in the US — heavily weighted by patients specifically researching healthcare providers.

Zocdoc

High Impact

A booking platform patients use to find and compare doctors. Strong reviews here drive direct appointment bookings without additional marketing.

Vitals.com

Medium Impact

Frequently surfaces in Google results for "[doctor name] reviews" — important for protecting your reputation when patients research you specifically.

Facebook

Medium Impact

Matters for the demographic of patients who research local businesses via Facebook — particularly for practices serving 40+ patient demographics.

Yelp

Situational

Less critical for podiatry than other medical specialties, but monitored for practices in markets where Yelp has strong local presence (West Coast, NY).

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

No one can guarantee removal of legitimate reviews — Google, Healthgrades, and other platforms prohibit it. What we can do is: flag and request removal of reviews that violate platform policies (fake reviews, spam, profanity), respond professionally to negative reviews to demonstrate your commitment to patient care, and generate a higher volume of positive reviews that dilute the impact of isolated negatives. One 2-star review in a sea of 80 five-stars barely moves your average.

Google's guidelines allow asking patients to leave an honest review — what's prohibited is incentivizing reviews (offering discounts, gifts, etc.) or review gating (only sending review requests to patients you believe are happy). Our system sends a neutral post-appointment request to all patients via SMS and email. This complies fully with Google's policies and generates authentic reviews at volume.

Negative reviews are escalated to our team for response drafting within 24 hours on business days. Positive reviews receive a personalized response within 48–72 hours. We provide response drafts for your approval — you always have final sign-off. For high-volume practices, we can manage responses independently using your approved tone guidelines.

This happens more often than most practitioners realize. We identify patterns indicative of fake reviews (accounts with no history, multiple reviews posted the same day, no local activity) and submit documented disputes to each platform's review team. We also advise on best practices for documenting and escalating repeat cases. While removal is never guaranteed, we've had a high success rate with well-documented disputes.

Most practices see a measurable rating increase within 60–90 days of launching automated review requests. The speed depends on your current review volume and patient throughput — a high-volume practice can move from 3.8 to 4.5 stars in 8 weeks with consistent post-appointment requests. We set realistic expectations during your onboarding based on your current baseline.
